I am a psychologist, with additional qualifications in sport and exercise psychology and an academic. I work with all members of the commentary to help them to reach their goals and to better manage life’s road bumps.
As a sport and exercise psychologist, I work with athletes, performing artists, and professional people to help them to improve their performance, be that on the sport arena or in the workplace, to help them achieve their highest possible level.
I have special interests in injury rehabilitation both in sports people and in relation to work accidents, chronic pain management, and in the area of Functional Neurological Disorder (FND).
It is my philosophy, that my role is to support and help you to live the kind of life that you find fulfilling and one that you value. I believe in looking to the future to improve your life and well-being.
I am a Psychology Board approved supervisor for registrars in Sport and Exercise Psychology working towards their endorsement and for provisional and early career psychologists.
