Kristy is the Founder of In My Mother’s Kitchen, a holistic wellbeing service that integrates psychology, nutrition, lifestyle medicine and therapeutic horticulture in the management of stress, anxiety and mood concerns. Kristy is passionate about rewilding our health and healthcare (bringing in the wild things) and working with people using a holistic approach. In addition to her psychology degree’s, Kristy has completed post graduate studies in Human Nutrition, Nutritional Psychology and Lifestyle Medicine. Kristy is also a Therapeutic Horticulture Practitioner and is a full member of Therapeutic Horticulture Australia.
Kristy has a deep interest in and passion for exploring how food, nutrition, lifestyle and nature can support a person’s emotional health to thrive. Kristy’s love of nature and understanding of the story of food has lent itself to a deep appreciation of the sense of interconnectedness and belonging to place that food can inspire.
