Kelly Bettridge is a Psychotherapist/Counsellor, registered Teacher, Educational Therapist and advocate for neurodivergent kids and teens. She’s a late diagnosed twice exceptional AuADHDer, and lives with her housewolf aka her german shepherd Odin and multiply neurodivergent family in regional Victoria. Kelly is a creative whirlwind of ideas, empathy, and unapologetic honesty; where Sarah brings the calm, Kelly brings the chaos.
Kelly’s known for her deep knowledge of neurodivergent minds, her gift for connecting with even the most misunderstood young people, and her unwavering belief in neuroaffirming practice. She’s run therapeutic programs, led professional development for educators and presented at conferences across Australia, finding her favourite glimmers when helping ND folk feel seen, heard, and empowered. She’s also got a Lego and Pokemon obsession, is a lifelong gamer and collector of books. Compassionate and warm, Kelly is the kind of person who changes systems—and hearts—from the inside out.
